A busy period is underway for the crew of Artemis Angler and the Westcon Yard team at Karmøy, Norway. Together they are executing the first phase of preparations for the vessel’s upcoming environmental project in Brazil for OceanPact.
Currently in dry dock at Westcon Yard, Artemis Angler is receiving a series of important upgrades and maintenance work designed to enhance both performance and crew comfort. The accommodation area has undergone a significant refurbishment, raising the standard onboard for everyone working at sea. In parallel, the vessel’s machinery and propulsion systems are being overhauled — ensuring optimal reliability and efficiency for the demanding operational conditions ahead.
“These upgrades are part of our commitment to maintaining a well-equipped fleet that can perform safely and effectively anywhere in the world,” says Monica Vågsholm Vessel Manager at Maritim Management. “Artemis Angler has a solid operational history, and these improvements will help secure her readiness for the next chapter.”

Following completion of the current phase, Artemis Angler will continue preparations with the installation of subsea equipment before starting her transit to Brazil. This marks the second phase of the upgrade, ensuring the vessel is fully equipped for her upcoming contract with OceanPact — a leading Brazilian company providing environmental and subsea services across the offshore energy sector.
This upcoming contract with OceanPact exemplifies how we actively pursue new opportunities and diverse projects for our versatile fleet, while continuing to deliver reliable, solution-oriented services to the global maritime industry.
Maritim Management looks forward to seeing Artemis Angler back in operation — upgraded, ready, and focused on delivering results in Brazilian waters.
